We have been working with LEP Construction on three projects within this prestigious Ponsonby Development.  One of the projects included a four-level, high-end apartment building featuring a roof deck with swimming pool and ground floor commercial tenancies. This exclusive residential development was presented on Grand Designs New Zealand.

Grand Designs presenter Chris Moller is suitably impressed with the rooftop garden which has expansive views.

Greenwich Gardens Metlifecare

JC McCall Plumbing have been working on this this Homestar Built certified project – Greenwich Gardens Metlifecare – for over three years with the initial stage containing 27 residential-style villas where we completed all plumbing and drainage services.

The next completed stage of the project consisted of a five storey, three wing apartment complex featuring standard and serviced apartments, as well as high-grade care suites a restaurant, bar, hairdresser and gym.

The final stage of the Greenwich Gardens Metlifecare project is a five storey complex with 38 apartments. Services include a non-potable toilet flushing system, gas and hot water, lagging and fire rating.

Our experienced Senior Project Managers oversee all work and Quality Assurance, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to the highest of standards.

Ford Lofts

This re-developed, high-end apartment complex is one we are working on with CBC Construction. The complex includes an elegant balance of contemporary features using the building’s exposed brick face, hand oiled timber, copper roofing, robust concrete and lacquered metal.  With so much exposed copper piping being a major feature of these apartments, JC McCall Plumbing were trusted not only for their services but for their attention to detail and high quality of workmanship to perfect the visual aspect and ‘the look’ of this complex.

Waterford Apartments

Waterford on Hobsonville Point is an exciting residential development specifically designed for retirement living. At this stage, the retirement village consists of an upmarket four-storey apartment block along with amenities and social options such as a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and gym.  We are working with CBC Construction to undertake the plumbing services to this project.  As with all our projects, our experienced Site & Project Managers oversee all work and Quality Assurance, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to the highest of standards.

Lake Pupuke Apartments

8 Lake Pupuke Drive is the newest addition to the flourishing and well-connected coastal suburb of Takapuna, only 15 minutes from Auckland’s CBD. This project consists of two, four storey apartment buildings with 70 modern apartments. Plumbing services include all water & waste services with supply and installation of all fixtures.

As with all our other commercial projects fire rating, acoustic lagging, project management, co-ordination with all other trades and quality assurance form part of our comprehensive package.

Anzac Ave Student Accommodation

This project sees us working with Arrow International to provide all plumbing and drainage services for a 21 level student accommodation complex being built between Anzac Avenue and Beach Road in central Auckland. This build sees shared bathrooms on every level along with a commercial sized kitchen and smaller tea sink areas all being serviced from stainless steel and PVC water and waste pipework running through the building with hot serviced by a plant room featuring three storage tanks heated by nine HDU250 gas instantaneous hot water units. As with all our other commercial projects, concrete drilling, acoustic lagging, project management, co-ordination with all other trades and quality assurance all form part of our comprehensive package.

OKLA Development

We are working with Haydn & Rollett Construction on this project which comprises of two six storey buildings with 117 one, two and three bedroom apartments. The build is relatively quick for a project this size, being undertaken within one year, ensuring our experienced site and project managers will be kept busy with all works including the supply and install of all water and waste plumbing services, concrete drilling, fire rating, acoustic lagging and high quality installation and finishing to all fixtures to these apartments. Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest of standards, our Project Managers oversee the Quality Assurance of all aspects of the project.

Waste Management NZ

This project takes us back to our love of new factory builds. It is a 6 star green rated project, the first of it’s kind in New Zealand. The projects cover 5.2ha with a purpose built 8,285 square metre industrial facility, providing comprehensive logistics and operational facilities for the client. 90% of the entire construction waste is recycled. Our plumbing service includes 7 water tanks at 25,000L each, bespoke copper pipework, roof based plant room featuring 300L electric hot water units, HDPE watermain services, best practice PVC and stainless steel & HDPE downpipes.

Manukau Institute of Technology

We are currently working on this exciting new state of the art purpose-built Trades & Engineering Facility. This is a 9,000m3 single level building, with mezzanine level located across the road from MIT Manukau and will see us complete plumbing, drainage and gas fitting services. Exposed and high-level copper and Fusio pipework means we are utilising our skill set of undertaking complex plumbing solutions. Specific fit-out services includes drinking stations, dump showers and eye washes. We are also undertaking specialised fit out services in the gas laboratory.

132 Halsey Street

This premier, Homestar certified waterfront residential complex at 132 Halsey Street is Auckland’s most exclusive waterfront address. The series of buildings designed by Athfield Architects include 51 luxury apartments and boutique retail space on the ground floor. It contains nine levels of high-end apartments along with a commercial area that includes a deluxe gym and movie theatre. The build is being undertaken over 2.5 years and divided into 4 stages. All the stages are being built simultaneously to facilitate the 51 apartments, 2 building development – all seamlessly linked by landscaped podium and a 77 car park basement.

JC McCall Plumbing were contracted to handle the complexities of this major residential project within the Wynyard Quarter on Halsey Street. From the supply and install of all water and waste plumbing services to fire ratings, acoustic lagging and the coordination of all other trades.

 

Our experienced Site & Project Managers co-ordinate the installation of all the high-quality apartment fixtures and work closely with the apartment owners to manage any changes due to their own preferences. Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest of standards, our Project Managers oversee the Quality Assurance of all aspects of the project.
