This new build project consists of seven buildings and includes plumbing, gas and under-slab drainage services. All buildings are being built simultaneously. Gas services include a plant room and site services.
Sistema Manufacturing Facility Syphonics Installation and Maintenance
We undertook the installation of a syphonics downpipe system at the Sistema Manufacturing Facility in Manukau. The coverage of this system is approximately 50,000sqm and downpipe sizing goes up to 275mm.
Carlaw Park Student Accommodation
The Carlaw Park Student Accommodation project consists of four tower blocks simultaneously being constructed. Services include water, waste & gas reticulation, down-pipe and stack work, podium drainage, plumbing fixtures and fittings to apartments and common areas and three plant rooms to service all amenities.
