Senior Certifying Plumber
We are currently seeking a senior certifying plumber with more than 5 years’ experience, to join our hard-working team and be responsible for ensuring both their own work and the work of anyone they supervise, is done competently and to the JC McCall standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The scope of work for the role includes large commercial contracts, smaller works, maintenance & remedial.
CLIENTS:
The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic team working out of our Albany offices with our clients including large well-known developers, universities, high-end residentials, lifestyle villages and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises across Auckland.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- Plumbing trade qualified – current NZ registration.
- Commercial maintenance and residential experience essential.
- Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.
- Experience in estimating work and management of minor project works.
- Experienced with technology and using APP based systems.
- Excellent English-speaking skills.
JC McCall Plumbing offer an above average remuneration package which includes:

Health & Safety is a priority for JC McCall and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviors in a commercial environment. Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills are essential, as is a clean full driver’s license.

Apprentices

Great Apprenticeships

We retain a ratio of one apprentice to every three plumbers on our permanent staff.
